Me Time (2022)

When Saturday night falls and the house feels silent because the kids are away you notice an invitation for chaos appearing at your doorstep. Me Time turns that quiet into a comedy‑drama of unexpected adventure, transforming your ordinary weekends into a wild, friendship‑driven highway. Joaquin Phoenix injects manic, almost non‑verbal humor that makes every improvised scene feel like an unexpected headline. Its pacing hiccups in the middle as the trip stretches a bit too long, momentarily softening the film's early surge. If you crave a laugh that balances sharp wit with the rawness of unscheduled family life this film will feel like a palate cleaner for your weekend.
