You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah (2023)

Picture a frantic leak of teen text bubbles that tells you in one pulse that a bat mitzvah can feel like a high‑stakes reality show. What sets this coming‑of‑age comedy apart is its razor‑sharp dialogue that treats every awkward moment as a punchline while still honoring the cultural ritual. The standout moment comes when the protagonists choreograph a high‑energy, neon‑lit hallway dance in 'You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah' that feels both an Instagram challenge and a heartfelt manifesto. While the third act drags a touch, it doesn’t ruin the film’s buoyant pace and genuine camaraderie. You’ll love it if you crave a light‑hearted, friendship‑driven teen comedy that plays with tradition and timing.
