The Witch: Part 2. The Other One (2022)

Every time the camera lingers on the flickering fluorescent lights you feel a chill that feels cut deep from inside. The film's take on a secret laboratory is less sci‑fi spectacle and more psychological tableau, mapping a girl's awakening onto the lab's sterile walls. A surprise twist comes when the quiet heroine discovers her own latent powers, turning a tense cat-and-mouse chase into a shocking confrontation that feels almost choreography. The unsettling atmosphere is uninterrupted by any one‑liners, letting you absorb the claustrophobia at your own pace – though the middle section sometimes drifts into deliberate inertia. Ideal for those who taste the thrill of watching a story unfold like layers of vapor in a vault.
