Our Take
Expert, independent review by the HollyFlixHD Editorial Team
Imagine a culinary journey where every course reveals a darker secret. It rewrites the restaurant trope, turning the dining room into a stage for satire and menace. Joaquin Phoenix turns on his nonverbal charisma in The Menu, delivering a chilling performance that escalates with each bite. You will enjoy it if you thrive on clever subversion and a slow, suspenseful build. Its early pacing drags a bit, leaving some diners waiting for the plot to ignite.
