Find Where to StreamPlot Summary
A poignant portrait of Tevfik Esenç, the last known speaker of the Ubykh language, living in the village of Hacıosman (Manyas, Balıkesir). The film documents the melancholic story of a man and his community, capturing the final breaths of the Ubykh people, their language, and their culture, which originated in the Caucasus. It is a profound elegy for a dying language and the world it carried.
