The House on Haunted Grounds (2026)

Nightmares on tape turn the open‑house investigation into a chilling hallway of terror, and you’re left clutching the recovered footage. The film reimagines a documentary crew as both witness and victim, blurring fact and fiction through its eerie, single‑location design. Joaquin Phoenix carries every scene with almost no dialogue, turning his silence into a visceral roar that seeps through the frame. If you crave low‑key atmospherics and a creeping dread, this psychological horror will pull you in. Pacing lags midway, a brief lull that slowly tightens the tension.
