Our Take
Expert, independent review by the HollyFlixHD Editorial Team
You might expect a cartoonish heist film, but the Bad Guys surprises you with rain‑slick neon streets that feel almost medieval. Its blend of anthropomorphic crime drama and a surprisingly moody soundscape turns every animal into a fully realized character. The worm’s slow, deliberate voiceover, delivered by a veteran cynic, grounds the frenetic pacing in a quiet existential dread. A mid‑movie pacing hiccup pulls you just a shade off the edge, but the final act reins in the chaos. You’ll love this if you enjoy glossy action films that keep a charmingly cynical undercurrent.
