Smurfs (2025)

Step into a world where the color blue brings hope and danger in equal measure. Smurfs (2025) turns the beloved village into a high‑stakes quest that feels like a playful yet dark Norse myth, complete with dazzling CGI that refuses to feel like a toy. The standout is Smurfette, who leads the cast with a voice that balances innocence and fierce wit, turning her rallying speeches into every on‑screen beat. You’ll feel the pulse of the adventure while the humor stays fresh, thanks to a soundtrack that spins medieval lute with modern pop. The film does suffer from occasional pacing hiccups during its second act, but it is largely buoyant. If you love an animated fairy‑tale with depth behind the blue, this is the one to choose.
