Saltburn (2023)

You sink into a summer that feels less like a getaway and more like a slow tap of curiosity at your fingertips. The film’s unique voice comes from Javier Serros’s subtle performance, which erases dialogue and lets the manor’s shadows become a character of their own. A standout element is the estate’s sprawling gardens — each corner holds a new layer of suspicion, turning landscape into a metaphorical chessboard. The narrative unfolds like a mind‑palace, exposing the fragile alliance between Oliver and Felix one quiet moment at a time. While the second act drifts a touch long before the finale, the depth of the psychological voyeurism keeps the experience tightly wound.
