Our Take
Expert, independent review by the HollyFlixHD Editorial Team
When the shadows of legend catch up with a legendary fighter, you find yourself chasing dark secrets with every breath. Sakra blends razor-sharp Jinshi choreography with a murky narrative that leaves you questioning who truly owns justice. The opening duel, choreographed by the then-lesser-known Katsuhiro Harada, is a kinetic language that feels both brutal and poetic. Yet a meandering third act drags the intensity of the first, leaving you craving a steadier pace. If you crave a contemplative martial arts thriller that sacrifices plot clarity for emotional resonance, you will be enthralled.
