¿Quieres ser mi hijo? (2023)

When you least expect it, an ordinary day develops into a maze of longing and betrayal, pulling you into the heart of this introspective drama. You’ll find the film uniquely barefoot, as Lu’s shattered certainty leads her to a young womanizer whose charisma feels almost tangible. Jorge Ramírez delivers a magnetic performance that feels like a slow, heartbeat‑pounding confession, turning subtle gestures into raw force. Even as the middle stretches with dialogue-heavy beats, the film rewards you with an unexpected emotional renewal and an exploration of new loyalties. If you crave character‑driven stories that peel back layers of trust and desire, you’ll fall into this tender, contemplative romance.
