Ordinary Hero (2022)

If a boy’s broken arm can trigger an 8‑hour relay across 1,400 kilometres, you’ll feel the tension rise in your chest. Ordinary Hero, a relentless drama, turns the real‑life rescue story into a pulse‑pounding anthology of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. The standout moment comes when the camera sticks with a 300‑minute hand‑off, capturing the collective breath of Xinjiang’s residents as they race time itself. Pacing thins slightly after the climax, but the emotional payoff keeps you rooted. Ideal for viewers who appreciate raw, community‑driven stories set against the backdrop of urgency.
