Without giving her fiancé Lao Huo an explanation, Chen decides to donate part of her own liver. But tests reveal she suffers from severe fatty liver due to years of driving and stress. A nurse tells her it can be reversed through exercise. Determined, Chen begins rigorous workouts and efforts to qualify as a donor. Meanwhile, Lao Huo secretly goes for a compatibility test, posing as her husband.
