The film's uniqueness is its refusal to resolve; every gesture becomes a domino, and the city itself folds under pressure with a tone that is both intimate and frayed. Marko Kesić’s restrained, almost silent performance lets the environment speak, delivering the most striking moment when a simple request ends up tearing the neighborhood apart. The pacing drips slowly, with the middle lulls you into an uneasy mirror of reality which—though occasionally sluggish—makes the texture of Sarajevo arteries feel almost tactile. The stillness of a stolen kitchen, the intoxicating aroma of kebabs, and the unsettling rhythm keep you stuck even after you walk away.
