Our Take
Expert, independent review by the HollyFlixHD Editorial Team
Your heels buckle as the descent into a scorched Pacific becomes a nightmarish plunge into terror. No Way Up, an atmospheric survival thriller, throws a motley crew into a deadly crucible where every choice feels like a gamble against death. Joaquin Phoenix carries the film with almost no dialogue, turning sparse words into a scream of raw humanity. However, the third act drags a touch, sacrificing tension for more exposition. This will resonate with fans of character‑driven thrillers who thrive on psychological unraveling in high‑stakes survival.
