# The Story of Rafiq, an Instagram celebrity who was making a viral video about 'What does it mean to be 21', has been arrested for the offense of receiving prohibited substances in a nightclub. Mansor and Lia, who are Rafiq's parents, are upset about the matter. Mansor, who still harbors resentment toward his mother, Mak Timah Andam, regarding the separation of his parents when he was young, initially refuses.
