Plot Summary

This is the rambunctious, ridiculous and totally true story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters onto the world and then banded together to try and save the planet from the mayhem they had just created.

Must Watch

Picture a splash of yellow and a heap of chaos as the Minions program Hollywood, turning every blockbuster set into a slapstick playground that has you snort. Minions & Monsters (2026) rewrites the minion myth, showing them become accidental tyrants of cinema, lose everything, then unleash monsters that threaten the planet. The standout element is the CGI spectacle, where each monstrous creation is a chaotic burst of color tossed against the minions’ relentless slapstick. Only a brief drag in pacing, when the third act unites the chaotic pieces, slightly dampens the otherwise relentless energy. If you crave a popcorn‑filled family adventure that blends satirical tone with over‑the‑top spectacle, it will hit the sweet spot.
