Plot Summary

Another edition of the industry cinemagazine, featuring three film articles. Pipeline to Pimlico: water heating from Battersea Power Station to local housing, includes scenes of building the new flats and opens with scenes from the film Passport to Pimlico featuring the commentator John Slater.
