Mike Reid: Live - Uncensored (1992)

Imagine walking into a room full of celebrities and watching one of Britain's most famous TV faces completely lose his filter. That is exactly what you get here. You are seeing Mike Reid in a way the general public never did back in the day. The vibe is raw, loud, and totally unfiltered. He does not hold back on anything, taking on everything from sex to religion with a blunt, working-class style that feels like you are just hanging out at a pub with a funny mate who has a lot to say. What really stands out is how he controls the room. His timing is perfect, and his energy never drops, making the whole show feel like a whirlwind. The best part is seeing his genuine personality shine through without any network censors breathing down his neck. The only downside is that some of the jokes are very adult, so you might not want to watch this with your parents. If you enjoy raw stand-up, you should definitely try renting it on Apple TV or adding the physical DVD to your collection for a nostalgic trip. It is a great piece of comedy history.
