MaXXXine (2024)

You step into a neon-washed, midnight set where Hollywood dreams turn into chilling predicaments. In MaXXXine, the dark thriller twists 80s glamour with a stalker-fuelled dread that feels like an inside-out memory. The lead's performance carries a fragile confession while saturated lighting turns every frame into a psychological labyrinth. Midway, a few scenes slow the pacing, briefly diluting the mounting tension. You’ll relish this uncomfortable heat if you crave stylish, noir- esque thrillers that dissect fame’s fallout.
