Latvian girls go to work in Germany. Latvians hand over warm linen and skis to the army. The servants prepare the firewood. Townspeople help farmers to weed beets. Residents of Latvia hand over scrap metal to the army. Burial in the Brethren Cemetery. Captain Alexander Mateas and soldier Kiwi are awarded for the Iron Cross.
