Halloween Ends (2022)

Step behind the porch of a quiet New England town and you feel the uneasy pulse that Halloween Ends feeds into, stretching its horror beyond a simple jump scare. This horror thriller turns a familiar slash‑and‑blood story into a psychological obsession that follows Laurie Strode into adulthood, demanding you confront the darkness that never truly leaves. Claudia Gerdes gives you a character that feels both fragile and fierce, turning each subtle gesture into a weapon of survival. While the film’s pacing sometimes slows, pulling back too often to craft tension, it keeps you on the edge long enough to savor the terror. Ideal for viewers who enjoy a dense, slow‑burn horror that tests nerves as much as adrenaline.
