Decision to Leave (2022)

When a mountain peak hides a dark secret, you are pulled into a dizzying maze of suspicion and desire. The director treats every frame like a slow-pulsing puzzle, layering the narrative so that each subtle glance feels like a cryptic clue. A single, haunting piano motif weaves through the tension, turning ordinary scenes into psychological pressure tests that orbit around the detective's fractured sanity. A few mid-film stretches drag, as the pacing lurches from measured dread to an almost abrupt resolution. You will be captivated if you crave thought-provoking thrillers that linger long after the credits roll.
