Come Play With Me (2021)

Every night a bright blue alarm sounds in your mind, inviting you to step into the babysitting nightmare of Come Play With Me, where the real terror is an invisible force that nudges the chaos further. What sets this low budget horror comedy apart is its razor sharp dialogue that turns every misstep into comic gold, and its clever use of a demon that behaves like the era's worst snack thief. Standout is the way the screen blank curse transforms ordinary toys into sinister conspirators, keeping you on edge while you snicker at the absurdity. But the mid‑section roots its tempo in a somewhat sluggish pacing that drags through the children's petty squabbles. Ideal for viewers who relish a mix of dark humor and supernatural suspense.
