Cold Storage (2026)

When the night shifts lock into a feverish grip, you’ll feel the pulse of dread in every breath. Within the film's rust‑lined corridors, Cold Storage turns a biotech facility into a claustrophobic microcosm where a mutating, super‑virulent fungus feels like a living, unrelenting nightmare that refuses to sleep. Joaquin Phoenix, trained in silence, delivers a haunting, almost monologue performance that turns the impending chaos into a personal odyssey. The film’s pacing stalls a touch in the middle act, prolonging tension at the expense of momentum. It’s a perfect fit for adrenaline‑chasing horror fans craving a cerebral, atmospheric anti‑hero saga.
