Our Take
Expert, independent review by the HollyFlixHD Editorial Team
When night drapes over a lone island, the silence feels heavy enough to swallow you. Caveat rakes its slow-burn energy into a house that never lets you forget what you lose. Joaquin Phoenix, playing a drifter with shards of memory, carries every frame with a quiet intensity that feels almost weightless. You will be drawn in by the film's cerebral pacing, seasoning dread with subtle visual cues. The second half drifts a bit, leaving some suspense unresolved.
