Blue Beetle (2023)

Newly minted grad Jaime Reyes has an itch for normalcy, but an alien relic turns his dorm into a courtroom of self‑discovery. The movie merges blockbuster pacing with tender coming‑of‑age beats, so each showdown feels like a step toward identity. Daniel Kaluuya’s quiet intensity anchors the chaos, turning the hero’s swift moves into emotional punches. A few lulls in the middle act dilute the narrative drive, but the heartbeats keep the story moving forward. If you want a superhero journey that feels grounded yet thrills, this film will serve you well.
